Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp light brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp whole wheat flour
  • 3 Tbsp canola oil
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 7 sprays cooking spray
  • 1 1/4 lb fresh blackberries
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • Prepare pan with pan spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    In a bowl, combine brown sugar, whole wheat flour, oil, and oats. Mix until evenly distributed and set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, toss blackberries with cornstarch, sugar, and lemon juice. Place berry mixture in prepared pan. Sprinkle with crumbled oat mixture. Bake until topping is golden brown, about 30-45 minutes.
    Check crisp periodically and cover with foil if crumble browns too quickly.
