  • 1 cup chia seeds
  • 5 cup plain soy milk
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp lemon zested
  • 3 Tbsp matcha tea powder
  • 1/2 cup blueberry juice fresh pressed
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh
