Vanessa Harrington
Regional Director of Operations
Starting her career as a Supper Club Hostess at the Winspear Opera House in 2015, our Regional Director of Operations has since built a dynamic and impactful journey with Wolfgang Puck Catering. A proud Culinary Institute of America graduate (Class of 2000), she now oversees regional operations in the Bay Area with a focus on exceptional service and operational excellence. In 2023, she was honored with the prestigious Compass Night of Stars Passion Award, given annually to only five employees who embody a true passion for hospitality. A testament to WPC’s commitment to nurturing talent from within, she’s excited to bring her dedication to hospitality, high standards, and engaging service to Workday. Outside of work, she enjoys family time with her husband, two arts-loving kids, and their dog, Macy.

Markus Mina
General Manager
Starting as a cook with Wolfgang Puck Catering in 2016, General Manager Markus Mina has risen through the ranks with dedication and skill. Originally from Reseda, CA, and now based in Pleasanton, he was honored with the 2019 Compass Chef of the Year Award and recently received the 2024 Puck’s Promise Award, recognizing employees who embody Wolfgang Puck’s high standards and commitment to exemplary service. Markus is excited to bring his positive attitude and keen eye for detail to the Workday team. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his dogs, Luke and Kai.

John Streit
Regional Culinary Director
John Streit, Regional Culinary Director, hails from Redlands, CA, and has had a lifelong love for adventurous eating. Known for ordering the most exotic dishes and experimenting in the kitchen from a young age, he honed his passion at Zuni Cafe, where Chef Judy Rodgers’ culinary expertise inspired him to pursue hospitality. John appreciates the magic of simple, flavorful ingredients and lives by the Bill S Preston, Esq motto, “Be excellent to each other.”



Joe Elmore
Executive Chef
Joe recently joined Wolfgang Puck Catering as an Executive Chef, bringing a wealth of experience from nearly three decades in food service. A proud graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, Joe cherishes his time in the Hudson Valley. Originally from Carterville, Illinois, he now resides in Fremont, CA, and has called the Bay Area home for 14 years. Weekends are spent driving his ‘62 Buick, cheering for his 9-year-old son’s Little League games, or cooking together. Joe’s proudest moments come from mentoring his team, watching them grow, and showing them what they’re truly capable of achieving.
Kasheena Williams
Café Manager
Kasheena joined Wolfgang Puck Catering (WPC) in 2024 as Cafe Manager, bringing a wealth of experience and passion for hospitality. A graduate of the Scottsdale Culinary Institute (2006), she hails from Vallejo, CA, and now calls Concord, CA, home. Prior to WPC, she served as FOH Supervisor with Bon Appétit, earning recognition as Employee of the Quarter in 2015. Kasheena’s proudest professional moment is stepping into her current role with WPC, where her leadership and dedication shine. Outside of work, she enjoys lifting weights and bowling, combining her love of strength and precision in both her hobbies and career.
Jimmy Yogi
Café Manager
Jimmy has been with Wolfgang Puck Catering for over five years, starting as a Kitchen Supervisor and 2019 and now thriving as a Café Manager at Workday. Hailing from Los Angeles, CA, and currently based in Concord, CA, Jimmy brings a wealth of experience, including his role as Catering Operations Manager at Citadel. Jimmy balances his professional life with a love for hiking and caring for his two cats and chinchilla. His resilience and passion for hospitality shine through in every aspect of his work at WPC.



Bryan Hart
Catering Sous Chef
Bryan joined Wolfgang Puck Catering (WPC) in 2024 as a Catering Sous Chef. A graduate of California College of the Arts (CCA), Bryan hails from Castro Valley, where he currently resides after living in a dozen other cities. A Navy veteran with state firefighter credentials, he brings a unique depth of experience to his culinary craft, including time as Executive Chef at Vicarious AI. Outside of the kitchen, Bryan enjoys glass arts and spending time with his boxer and two kids. His proudest professional moment is preserving life while working on an ambulance, showcasing his dedication to helping others.
Danniele Wharton
Catering Manager
Danniele joined Wolfgang Puck Catering (WPC) in 2024 as Catering Manager, and brings her expressive creativity and expertise to the team. A graduate of San Jose State University with a B.S. in Advertising, she combines her strategic mindset with a passion for hospitality. Originally from San Lorenzo, CA, Danniele now resides in San Ramon, CA, with her 13-year-old son. A proud Dallas Cowboys fan, she also holds the distinction of winning the 2019 National Trader Joe’s Ice Cream Recipe Contest. Before WPC, Danniele excelled as Catering Manager for Bon Appétit, onsite at Workday!
Sani Mizrak
Senior Sous Chef
Originally from Turkey, Sani Mizrak joined Wolfgang Puck Catering as a Sous Chef in July 2024 and quickly advanced to the role of Senior Sous Chef. In March 2025, Sani transitioned to the Workday team, bringing his culinary expertise and leadership skills. Holding a RePlant Your Menu Professional Certificate (2020), Sani is passionate about culinary exploration and has traveled to 21 countries, savoring and incorporating unique flavors from each destination. One of his most rewarding experiences at Wolfgang Puck Catering was hearing from a cook that his guidance had made a significant impact—affirming that the time he dedicates to teaching and supporting his team truly makes a difference. Sani continues to inspire his team and refine his craft with creativity and expertise.
