Ingredients

  • 1 lb cauliflower chopped
  • 2 tsp fresh chives chopped
  • 2/3 cup fat free Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 tsp ground mustard

Instructions

  • Steam cauliflower (stalk and florets), covered for 15 to 20 minutes until tender.
  • Meanwhile, combine chives, yogurt, and dry mustard. Blend well with wire whisk to make sauce. Pour sauce over cauliflower and serve.
