1cupgrapefruit sectionsfresh or canned (and drained)
1tspbalsamic vinegar
2tspred wine vinegar
1tsplemon juice
3/4tspsalt
1/2tspground black pepper
1/2tspround mustard
4cupsfresh spinach leaves

Instructions
Toss together the oranges and grapefruit. Combine oil, both vinegars, lemon juice, salt, pepper and dry mustard in blender. Toss the spinach leaves with the vinaigrette and garnish with citrus mixture.
