Instructions
In a large bowl or jar with lid, combine the oats, yogurt, coconut milk, shredded coconut, turmeric, coconut extract and chia seeds. Mix well.
Cover mixture and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 8 hours or overnight.
Portion chilled oatmeal into 6oz servings. For each serving, top with 1 tbsp fresh blueberries and 1/4 of a fresh, cored and sliced apple.
