Instructions
In a bowl combine the watermelon, red onion,mint and avocado. Stir gently to combine.
In a separate bowl, mix the lemon juice and honey together.
Then while constantly whisking, drizzle in the olive oil, a little at a time, until it's all combined.
Add the dressing to the salad and toss gently tocombine.
Top with the crumbled feta cheese.
